Meet the Team

Mike Schray

Mike Schray has owned Pillar To Post since he took over the family-owned company from his father, Doug, in 2006. Mike graduated from Greenhills High School in Cincinnati and received a BS in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1997. He has been employed by Lockheed Martin in New Orleans where he worked on the external tank for the Space Shuttle and The Elano Corporation for General Electric in Beavercreek. Mike and his wife, Alison, operate the company together. They have been married since 1997 and have two daughters, Evie and Ruby. Mike enjoys playing tennis and platform tennis as well as cheering on OSU footfall, Cincinnati Bengals, his daughter’s club volleyball team and equestrian events.

Alison Schray

Alison Schray, and her husband, Mike have been proud owners of Pillar To Post since 2006. Prior to that, she worked in marketing and recruitment at the Department of Music at Wright State University, The New Orleans Philharmonic and The May Festival Chorus/Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. She graduated from Otterbein College with a degree in Voice Performance and a Minor in Music Business in 1995. Alison and Mike have two daughters, Evie and Ruby. Alison enjoys playing tennis and platform tennis, spending time with her family and travelling.

Mike Christian

Mike Christian has been on the Pillar To Post team for 13 years and is a lifetime resident of the Miami Valley. Prior to joining the Pillar To Post team, he was an inspector for multiple lines of insurance companies. He is a certified home inspector and an Ohio licensed radon tester and termite inspector. In 1995 Mike earned his B.S. from the University of Cincinnati in Criminal Justice/Psychology. In his free time, Mike is an active runner and competes in martial arts tournaments.

Nathan Kessler

Nathan Kessler has been on our team for 8 years and is featured in the Dayton Daily News by celebrating his ‘dirty 30’ with a trash challenge.

Jeff Peterson

Raised in Dayton. 35 years of wood frame residential renovation experience. Lived in Dayton Historic Districts for the last 15 years. Serves on the Historic South Park Housing Committee and as a Board Member for the City of Dayton Greater Downtown Land Use Board.

Mike Gaston

Mike Gaston is a licensed home inspector in Ohio and Indiana and has been with the Pillar to Post team for 2 years. Prior to Pillar to Post, he spent time renovating home and as a designer for a sign company. Mike has an Associates degree in graphic design from the University of Cincinnati. He is married to his wonderful wife, Robin, and amazing daughter, Marlowe. In his free time he enjoys working on his nearly 100 year old home and spending time with his family.

Travis Webb

Travis Webb has been with The Schray Team since 2019. He served our country in the Air Force from 2008-2014 in Linguistics (Russian), Electronics Intelligent Analyst and Human Intelligence. He is married is to his wonderful wife, Stacia and has a son, Axton. Stacia and Travis are coffee lovers and own their own coffee company called The Goat & The Palm. They sell their sought after roasted beans to local companies. Travis previously owned a roofing company and flipped houses. He enjoys spending time at his church and with his family.
